Requirements:

Providing excellent customer service while providing Macintosh and Windows troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve efficiently and effectively while minimizing the downtime users. Highly adaptive to a changing environment.
  • IOS Support.
  • ​Knowledge and experience supporting mobile devices (iPhones, Android, MIFI, IPADs).
  • Knowledge of Network Print support
  • Excellent Customer Services Skills and able to professionally and effectively communication to a diverse customer base, in a sometimes very high paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Applications and End User support
  • Time Management Skills and ability to work in a high paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds Inventory of Onsite equipment. Other duties as required 
  • Apple Certification Required
  • Minimum 3+ years experience Macintosh and Windows troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively while minimizing the downtime to users.
