About the Job:

CareNational, a leading IT and healthcare staffing organization, is currently looking for multiple Technical Solutions Representatives for a federal agency in Montgomery, AL.  You’ll be responsible for independently using standard protocol to respond to more complex customer issues and to successfully resolve more difficult technical issues from incoming customers and system notifications.
 
Technical Solutions Rep Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service in a contact/call center/help desk environment. 
  • Answer general and technical questions from end-users regarding navigation of government websites in a leveraged environment supporting multiple accounts. 
  • Work independently while using standard protocol to respond to more complex customer issues.
  • Successfully resolve more difficult technical issues (related to hardware and software) from incoming customer contacts and proactive notification systems.
  • Respond to service, product, technical, and customer-relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement (warranty through mission critical).
  • Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
Technical Solutions Rep Background: 
  • High school education or equivalent; some college level education Preferred.
  • Prefer around 5 years of general experience, or some combination of experience and college level education. 
  • Requires roughly 6 month customer service experience.
  • Candidates must be eligible to obtain a government security clearance and cannot be delinquent on any Federal Debt. 
  • Demonstrates proficiency in the use of computers and multi-line telephones.
  • Must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
