CareNational Technology is a Scottsdale, Arizona based Healthcare Information Technology recruitment firm that is experiencing dynamic growth and seeking a new team member to join our team.

Job Summary & Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven search professional to attract and retain top IT talent within the Healthcare industry. The Healthcare IT Recruiter/Search Consultant will work specifically with IT Professionals at all levels who have experience in the Medical Management segment of healthcare and assist them with transitioning into new career alternatives. The daily functions of the Recruiter are to locate job seekers through a variety of sources, cold and warm call in to healthcare organizations to identify IT candidates with specific job functions, recruit, screen, and match them to the requirements of our growing client base in several areas of the country.   To be an effective recruiter, you must have relentless phone ability and have a willingness to make a minimum of 50-60 phone calls a day to IT professionals within our specialty area, develop long-standing relationships, and seek referrals and other contacts using a variety of resources. Because of the challenge of our field we are seeking dynamic, goal oriented, and organized individuals.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to: 
Direct telephone contact (warm and cold-calling) with health care facilities and medical groups in order to locate active and passive job seekers 
Resume searches
Qualifying and screening candidate profiles against all open job orders
Negotiation on salary and wage rates, along with other conditions of employment
Working with account managers to guide candidates through the hiring process
Submit qualified candidates to our clients

 What we require:
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven IT recruitment experience is required (3rd party/agency experience preferred). 
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience is required.
  • Proficiency with core computer skills (Windows, Word, Outlook, etc.) and excellent time management/planning skills.
  • Ability to assess and understand talent
  • Ability to scale when demand increases
  • Track record of thinking outside the box
  • Familiarity with traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies
  • An understanding of when and how to push in order to achieve your goal
